Nondiscrimination Ordinances
As of now, there are no explicit statewide protection in Pennsylvania for the LGBTQIA+ community for nondiscrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodations. While legislation at the state level has been proposed throughout the years, it has yet to pass. Numerous Counties and Municipalities have passed their own nondiscrimination ordinances to protect their residents and have established local human relation commission to review complaints.
